Sometimes you need to add
a call for someone who isn’t in your Contact Manager.
Rather than flip back and forth between menus, you can create the new contact record while you’re adding, or even taking, the call.
To do this:
Go to Call Log on the navigation bar.
Click the Create New button.
This clears all the fields currently on display.
Enter the new contact’s First and Last name.
Click Add to Database, then click OK on the confirmation message.
Finish entering the call information.
When you have some time, go to the new record by clicking the arrow next to the name in the call list.
