When you have a lot of projects going at once, it can be hard to find the one you need.

To quickly find a project, use  Fast Find

Still can't find it?

To  find projects using other details:

  1. Go to Projects on the navigation bar.

  2. Click the Find Projects FindRecord button on the sidebar.
A blank, searchable Projects record opens.

  3. Enter as much or as little information as you need.

  4. Note:    All the tabs for the Project are searchable, as well as the information fields. Open any tab to search by role, submission, audition, etc. The more information you provide, the more specific the search results will be.

  5. When you’re ready, press Enter.
The first found record appears. The message under the VCR controls shows you how many records matched your criteria.

  6. If there is more than one matching record, click the List View list-view button to select the one you need.
