Managing Projects

The Projects function lets you keep track of the projects you're working on. You can use this function to create a new project record that has not yet been published in Breakdown Express.

Note:   Every 30 or 60 minutes, depending on your Preferences setting in Breakdown Express, the system automatically downloads breakdowns you have submitted on. To synch these with your projects, see Synchronizing Breakdowns.

 

All the tools you need for managing projects are included on the Project record tabs:

Roles/Submissions

Roles lets you display and add roles.
Submissions
lets you display and record submissions for each role, and generates submission letters.

Auditions

Lets you display and add auditions, callbacks, meetings, and so on for individual clients.

Bookings

Displays client bookings related to this project. (Add to this list from the Bookings record.) Changes to a record automatically update client quotes and avails.

Calls/Actions

Displays any calls or actions relating to this project.

Letters

Shows the list of letters you have sent relating to this project, and displays the contents of any letter you select.
