Project reports and letters

 

In Reports, the Project category offers these features:

Audition Letters

Select Audition Letters to see a list of all the audition letters you have prepared. The E-mail Sent column shows whether the letter has been sent or is still waiting.

To send letters:

  1. Click the checkbox for each letter you want to send.
    Be sure to clear the checkbox for any letter you don’t want to send.

  2. Click Send All Checked.

  3. When the Merged Letters dialog box appears, select Print, PDF, or E-mail, depending on your needs.

 

To review or edit a particular letter:

  1. Click the checkbox of the letter you want to edit.

  2. Click the Edit Letter button.

  3. When the letter appears, make any changes you want then click

  4. Print, to send the letter to the printer.
    - or -
    Preview, to see what the formatted letter will look like.
    - or -

    Done
    , to return to the list.

  5. When you’re ready to send, click Send All Checked.

  6. Click Print, PDF, or E-mail depending on your needs.

Role Report

Generates a list of all the roles you have submitted on for a specified date range.

  1. Select a role type (Lead or Supporting), Sex, and age range to restrict the list to roles of that type. The more detail you require, the more specific the list will be. Leave all fields blank to get a complete list.

  2. Enter a Start Date or use the calendar date-button to select one.

  3. Enter an end Date or select it from the calendar.

  4. When you’re ready, click Continue...
    The report appears, with the roles sorted by project, and displaying the role Name, Type, Status, and Description.

  5. On the pop-up menu, use the VCR controls to review a multiple-page report. Click Print or PDF depending on your needs.

Project Report

Provides a list of all the projects you are involved with, arranged by title. The information includes project type (print, theatrical, feature, commercial, etc) and any other information available in the breakdown.

  1. Enter or choose a project type (Feature, Episodic, etc.), and project Status (Active, On-hold, etc.) to restrict the list. The more detail you require, the more specific the list will be. Leave both fields blank to get a complete list.

  2. Enter a Start Date or use the calendar date-button to select one.

  3. Enter an End Date or select it from the calendar.

  4. When you’re ready, click Continue...
    The report appears, with the projects sorted by start date.

  5. On the pop-up menu, use the VCR controls to review a multiple-page report. Click Print or PDF depending on your needs.
